General Meaning

The Charmer is someone who can win you over with their charisma.  They are very captivating and they talk a good talk.  The Charmer is willing to say what you want to hear if it means they can convince you of something.  They can be very sociable and easy to have a good relationship with and are often the life of the party.  They can often be self centered and egotistical, but they deep down just want the best for everyone.  The Charmer may represent a short fling or an affair with a charming individual.   Only time will tell if their charm is here to stay, but you are interested in seeing what it is they have to offer.
