General Meaning

The Labourer is a hard working and dedicated individual.  Regardless of the task, they know what it takes, and will stop at nothing to get it done.  They are intuitive and innovative, although may not have formal education.  They possess strength, skill and ability.  The labourer represents an asset, especially to  boss or business.  They can endure heaviness and long hours because they want to get the job done.  They are willing to put in efforts to get results.  They remain focused on their work, although this may sometimes take precedence over other obligations, and it may be difficult to achieve a work-life balance.
